Dr. Long is a very professional doctor. All his staff is not bad. They have issues with sending in your prescriptions.
But I experience something totally different today.
I had an issue with a prescription, I had talk to one of his nurses. Jamie. After a month, you would have thought that somebody could have explain the issue to you. I left a message saying “ I love my doctor, but I can’t put up with some of his workers! Jamie call me, ask me did I have another provider? I told her if I did you would know. Dr Long is a wonderful doctor and person! His staff is not! I was accused of saying things I did not say I was upset after the 3rd time driving 30 miles to pick up my prescriptions and I did let staff know they where not doing their jobs! I never in no kind of way used language I was accused of and never got to talk to him about it! I had been a patient 7 years at that time. I hate it happened because it’s hard to find a good doctor that you like but when he is only told one side and never ask mine I had no choice but to move on! I thought he knew me better then that I have morals and values unlike that new helper and new staff member he had recently hired but I know...read full review
