This office has completely lost everything that was once good about it and is making a bad name for the doctors that practice here. The bedside manner is amazing, from the Doctors we’ve seen. The office management, “new system” and whatever oversight is happening in this office is ridiculous & YES I have let both the Dr and staff know this multiple times. After waiting for the front office to get new patient paperwork in for myself even though I was not a new patient, and waiting in the room for the Dr totaling 30 minutes my last straw was being asked who I was there to see and if I was a new patient for the second time that day. The only good thing about this office is they will see you the same day you have an issue. However, the lack of concern from these providers are very troubling for a woman of color like myself. I’ve been coming here for the same issue for over 2 years and I haven’t been able to get any answers. I’ve had blood work taken twice and I’ve had to call for my results. Even with abnormal labs they don’t call. So my women of color, BEWARE. It’s time to find a provider who actually cares about the well being of their patients.

I have called multiple times and on multiple days to try and get an appointment and no one is answering the phone. I make it to their call waiting and follow the instructions and I know they are open.
