“We ran into some issues getting our system fixed - Mistakes were made and the fix never happened, but ultimately, they made it right and refunded the cost associated with the call.

Based on the other reviews - I do believe this is a solid company and I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and continue using them for my HVAC needs. There is always potential for an off day.
