I've used Palmetto for many years. They are great on a tourist-centric island where many are not so dedicated to the customer. I don't normally review any service, but I have to say that.Kyle did a fantastic job thinking through why we were have water damage through several ceiling vents. it wasn't the usual sweating from poorly insulated boots. I'll always use Palmetto and Kyle is my new favorite troubleshooting expert.
Palmetto Heating and Air has been handling our HVAC system for over 15 years. They are the best there is. Sonny had been our technician most of the time. He is wonderful. Very knowledgeable. He explains everything.
We live out of state and are part time residents in SC. We have had Palmetto heating and air service our system for the past three years. They are very responsive, communicate effectively and are stand behind their work and commitments. They Provide emergency service as promised, even on a 4th of July weekend!
