Hanahan Veterinary Clinic provides a positive and attentive experience for pets and their owners. The staff is super friendly and amazing with both animals and people. The doctors are great, taking time to get to know each animal and being patient with people. They are noted for their excellent communication, thoroughly explaining procedures and answering all questions. The clinic shows thoughtful attention to detail, such as accommodating special behavioral notes and performing extra services like nail trimming during anesthesia. Owners express full confidence in the clinic and their staff, appreciating the care that goes above and beyond. Overall, experiences at the clinic are described as amazing.
Our dog is still in recovery after getting surgery at Hanahan Vet Clinic, but our experience has been nothing but positive. First, they have a note that our dog is leash aggressive and is choosey about her dog friends, so they always make sure no dogs are in the lobby when we bring her in. Second, they are so sweet to Annie even though she can be protective about certain procedures. They think of everything and make sure we're prepared. Third, everyone there really takes their time to explain things to us even when we have a thousand questions. We appreciate their communication more than they know! A bonus: Annie was put under anesthesia for her procedure, and we noticed when we got home that they clipped her nails while she was out!! We got a good laugh out of that and were so thankful for that attention to detail and extra service. She hates getting her nails clipped, and we're so glad they took the opportunity to go above and beyond.
