CHAD, the tech that came to my house was: Professional, friendly, prompt, thorough, competent and took added time to explain each and every step of the way while he was in my home . Just excellent, great customer service from him. I would recommend Chad to anyone. I take nothing from who he is. I did run into some issues in the end was billing which they did come back and fix the issue. Being up front from the door and friendly when going into someone’s home goes a long way.
