I just want to say that Alex was working all by herself tonight (4/1/24) and it was SLAMMED in the tanning salon. There was a typical “Karen” giving her a hard time about everything and even challenging her on how long she could go in a bed for her first visit. Meanwhile Alex has 5 of us waiting to check in and more were coming through the door. All of us heard clearly Alex tell the lady she was in bed 9 and she comes out a few minutes later yelling about not being in bed 5. Looking to see where to revise my first review, but in the meantime i wanted to reach out and express my sincere appreciation to Palm Beach Tan. They handle my situation with grace and I am now a 100% happy tanner. Thank you Palm Beach Tan I'm super thrilled to be back and see the many friends that I working there.

Been going to this location almost a year now, I like to switch and try other locations as well but this one has become by far my favorite! Ladies who work there have been absolutely wonderful! Hailey is my favorite followed by Kayla! Hailey will always help with the best lotion at any time and Kayla will set you up with the best bed to match it!It’s clean and tidy there and you always are acknowledged right after walking in front door ?
