We were assigned Rentz through AHS. They were timely on getting in touch with me and was quick to assess our issue. We had to have some parts ordered and we were without AC for a bit, luckily it was nice weather and we just moved from FL so we are used to no Ac during hurricane season lol as soon as the part came in they called me and scheduled for a day that I had to go to the DMV and they were very flexible and assured me that they would come out that day and if I needed more time until they arrived that they would go to another service call and come back to us if need be.
