Went in for the self-wash and highly disappointed. None of the items advertised were available- no ear cleaner, toothbrushes, and the hair brushes that were available very not clean.

The groomers where I normally take my female dog “Moxie” had a wait time of a full month (note: Moxie had undergone surgery for bladder stones and could not stick to her regular schedule). Hence I searched online and decided for PUP IN A TUB. Even though I had to pay a small extra premium (they are not cheap), I am thrilled with the result. Beautiful job. I can definitely recommend them!

Wonderful experience for us and the girls. First I got them to their appointment late and forgot their immunization records, yet they worked with us and took our pups in. They worked with me to get them the records. When we came to pick the girls up, they had them out and were playing with them. They had also taken them to go potty! I have never had that experience at any other groomer. The pups were also super adorable after they beautification! So glad we found Pup in. Tub.
