While visiting the dentist isn’t the most fun activity. The staff at Poinsett Dental made it pleasant. Melanie was fantastic with new patient cleaning and X-rays, Dr Price was very helpful in explaining the next steps to take care of my dental needs and Michelle and April were great to work with getting new patient enrollment, appointments and follow ups scheduled. Friendly office and great experience!
This was my first visit to Poinsett Dental, and I was very pleased with my appointment. April and Michelle are very professional office staff who went over my insurance and treatment plan carefully. Melanie took her time getting clear x-rays and cleaning/polishing my teeth. She also shared tips for more effective flossing. Dr. Price was kind and thorough, going over each area of concern with me, even showing me the xrays and models. Their support team members helped throughout the process. Overall, a fabulous, seamless team approach!
Great dental care by Dr Price and staff. Mainly dental hygiene check-ups. During my latest hygiene check-up, Dr Price identified failing fillings that I had in 2 molars. Both needed crowns. I am delighted with both. Perfect color match and perfect fit. Thanks.
