He goes into great detail as to what you're doing, why your doing it, and what to expect. The research he does on each workout type is bar none. On top of all of that, they provide you with a nutritional app where they plan every single meal you put in your body from breakfast to lunch to dinner and even snacks in between. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to make myself better with.“
