I like to go here more than any other home depot location. Idk why I just really like this location the best. Maybe the employees are more knowledgeable than other locations, maybe the choices of lumber is better, idk I just like this one the best
I wanted to give a shout out about the great service I received from Marissa at the Greer store. I was there on a busy Sunday, and she went out of her way to help me at the customer service desk with a complicated situation. Kudos to her for the great customer service even when things were getting stressful and getting all my issues resolved in a timely manner.
We were trying to purchase a particular grill that was on sale. The stocking staff assured us that they didnt have any in stock. We then spoke to Pam in customer service. She went to great lengths trying to find one for us. She found one and arranged for it to be assembled for us....but that wasnt enough....she kept looking and found us one already assembled. Pam in customer service is the epitome of customer service. Home Depot has a gem. Thank you Pam!
