Great customer service. Feels like family when I'm here. Been here 4 sets of 12 visit ea.Or more. Before and after knee surgery. My advice. make sure you do the homework at home. Lol

On April 26, 2023 I had my left knee completely replaced and when I was cleared to go to physical therapy I chose Garber Physical Therapy. I was pleasantly surprised at the treatment that I received there. Starting from the front desk, Monica was always a pleasure she made my life very simple after having surgery. I was also beyond impressed with Dr. Ryan (DPT) he made sure that I was always comfortable and made rehabbing very easy. After a disappointing PT experience from a well-known provider in my city, I switched to Garber. The first provider rarely assigned me to work with the same therapist two sessions in a row, and I spent 35% to 40% of my sessions waiting because PTs were stretched too thin - working with at least 2 patients at a time (and quite often with 3). They rarely changed my regimen to adapt to changes in my status. The quality of the PT I'm getting from Garber is literally the opposite. I always work with the same therapist - Ryan.
