Tyler Carter was an absolute hero! Our homes 200amp service failed late Thursday night and I called the company. Tyler called right back and helped me get through the night. He checked back with me in the middle of the night to make sure we were ok. The next morning Tyler came to the house and gave a fair emergency repair price. On Friday and Saturday Tyler knocked it out of the park replacing our panel and service. I am sold on Five Star and the great job they did. The work was well done and the customer service was great.
Very courteous again. Called ahead of time asking if it was okay to come early. Of course it was. Device man was very courteous. Explained the problem to my husband and parts will come in next week. Always prompt and considerate. Thank you.
Zach was awesome - explained everything, answered questions and was very knowledgeable about the issue I am having. They will be running estimates on this and another job I need done…. Basically earned a customer for the company. Thanks Zach!
