From my initial call for assistance, to the scheduling and the professional visit, everything was perfect! Everyone was friendly on the phone. Yolando Vazquez checked my HVAC system which had not been done since the install of a new system two years ago. He explained in simple terms (and photo) probable future failure of a key component of my system that I was concerned about to begin with. Necessary parts were on the truck and the bulb replaced during the initial visit. Tyler Carter was an absolute hero! Our homes 200amp service failed late Thursday night and I called the company. Tyler called right back and helped me get through the night. He checked back with me in the middle of the night to make sure we were ok. The next morning Tyler came to the house and gave a fair emergency repair price. On Friday and Saturday Tyler knocked it out of the park replacing our panel and service. I am sold on Five Star and the great job they did. The work was well done and the customer service was great.
