Dr. Bott and his staff are very knowledgeable and efficient.
No fun at the dentist's office, but they make it as pleasant as possible.
Everyone is friendly and professional.
Not many people enjoy going to the dentist. But when an office is as friendly, efficient, and capable as this one, it is a pleasure (almost☺). Dr. Dickson is friendly and explains all processes. Their equipment is amazing also. I would recommend Drs. Dickson and Bott based on my and my husband's experiences. And, importantly, they check your insurance coverage before your visit so you don't get caught having a dentist leave your insurance without notifying you (that happened to us and it cost us a lot of money).
Everyone who works there are great. I drive 3 hours each way for my dental . I am from Greenville, but live in Winston-Salem now. I am in sales and five or six years ago. I met some people in Greensboro North Carolina and they told me they get their dental work done in Greer, South Carolina and schedule a trip to Atlanta to have fun. And they told me about. The prices and how awesome the people are. And I was going to Greenville one day and saw a billboard and it reminded me of the people that told me about it. And the rest is history. I’m getting ready to have 11 crowns done.
