I work at velux on night shift.. it's a great place to work.. my supervisor mike is the best... He actually check on me daily, asking if everything was ok, how the night went etc.. the workers are very friendly.. overall it's a perfect environment...

I had to pickup some materials from the distribution center in greenwood, SC. The people working attempted to assist me as quickly as possible. Very nice and accommodating, considering people dont normally go to this warehousing location. Employees helped me to find out where i needed to go as well as who I needed to speak to. Mask requirements were being followed as well as social distancing. The skylights also look amazing. Thank you Velux

We have 2 solar powered Velux skylights in our sunroom. These are nifty! They automatically close when it begins to rain. Our roofer sold us these 3 years ago. But this Spring one of them stopped working. A month or so ago we saw our old roofer and told him about the issue. He was surprised, since he considered Velux to be a very good company. The roofer took it upon himself to make it right. Today, Velux technician Doug Frankenfield came out and fixed it by taking the motor unit out and replacing it. Though the other skylight worked fine, he replaced the motor unit in that one too! All covered by their warranty! Wow! And the entire service call took just 10 minutes. I am very impressed.
