“Customer service is expected so with that said there is only a 1 star or a 5 star in my opinion. The ladies in the eyewear store exceeded my expectations. They took the time to find as close as possible a match to my 5 year old glasses. All the office staff are very accommodating. Dr. Hershberger made sure to explain everything that she so that you understand it.Update - I lost my glasses in the lake during Thanksgiving, I called the Optical shop and they ordered some more that day. They now have me as a customer for life. This place ROCKS.I made another appointment for Dr. Hershberger in January.I wish I could leave them a 5 star review ever time I have an appointment, all I can do is update. Well here is my update. Nothing has changed, the entire staff understands customer service. Dr Hershberger is very thorough with the exam. She explains everything that she finds so that you understand. She answers questions in a way that it is understood.“
