This was my first time here and it did not disappoint. From the time I walked in til the time I left it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, everyone was doing their jobs, it smelled great, the lounge while you wait was relaxing, and Kimberly had the kindest conversation and did an excellent job on my eyebrows. I will be back!
Urban Nirvana has a good vibe that promotes relaxation. The service prices are usually fair and the quality is on par with other local establishments.
The biggest issue with this place is it seems to have relatively high turnover of people, so you don’t have consistency with the same people. With that said, the place is setup for good service, the outcome depends on the person you see.
I had a prenatal massage here today, and it was one of the best massages I've ever had, prenatal or otherwise. The location is easy to get in and out of, the staff is very friendly and professional, the quality of service is outstanding. I am definitely going back after my baby is born to check out other services. Definitely recommend!
