I called everywhere across the county today looking for a reasonably priced comprehensive contact lens exam — not easy when your lenses are special order. Most places were either insulting on price or couldn’t get me in until next week. Then I found this place. The girl who answered the phone was super friendly and got me in within a couple of hours. My appointment was with Dr. Patel, and this guy knows his stuff. He caught issues with my eyes that the other doctor had missed. Joy was wonderful. She is always smiling and brings that happiness to others. My insurance card was not cooperating. She tried several different ways to make it work. Dr. Ruh Patel was very thorough with my exam. She listened to my concerns and fully checked everything. She explained everything and why this was necessary. Dr. Ankur Patel is also a doctor who cares for his patients. I did not see him today but other occasions. I recommend Upstate Vision!!
