UCR took very good care of us and had our roof done in a matter of hours. The process was made very simple with Juan Serna taking the lead and walking us through the entire process upfront so we would know what to expect. United made the whole process of getting a new roof so easy. This was my first time replacing a roof as a homeowner and while everyone I worked with was extremely helpful, Juan Serna went above and beyond in so many ways. He was beyond patient with me, explained everything in detail and made the entire insurance process so much less daunting.

Our house was damaged duirng a hailstorm. Juan Serna was very poilte, respectful and helpful. He took the time to explain how the insurance process worked. My husband and I really appreciated it as this was our first time filing a claim for these types of damages. Our roof was replaced in a very timely manner. United Roofing kept in constant contact with our insurance company concerning our siding replacement to make sure everything we needed was covered and replaced. Juan checked in constantly to see if we had questions and to make sure we understood each phase on the process. I would recommend Juan and United Roofing to my family and friends.
