I have called the telephone number from website and left numerous messages as well as visited the Ultra Tan Five Forks location in person on multiple occasions. I went to the facility on June 10th 2022, but sign on door showed closed due to shortage of work staff. So on June 11th, I went back and discussed that I wanted to cancel my membership because I did not realize my ******** ******* was going to be drafted every month whether I used the facility or not. After the April – may time frame and suntan base met, I do not use the Tanning Beds. The person working that Saturday, 6-11-22, assured me my subscription would be canceled but I could use the facility until 6-30-22....read full review
