This was a series of choppy events and oversights, but a learning experience for us all - and I had no real complaints about the staff personally.]
Went in for a single tan and a much needed boost in this freezing cold. I usually get a single tan or the buy one specials. The tall girl handling my visit tells me the different options but I didn't have much time before a class and just wanted a quick in/out. Just spoke with the manager Allison, who was super helpful after my card had been compromised from another source, she was willing to wave the back charges to help me enroll in a new membership! Can’t say enough good things about her! I hope upper management sees this and sees how helpful and kind she is! She definitely goes above and beyond to help the customers!

Professional, courteous, personable and very caring !! I went in for a spray tan and the versa didn’t spray properly. These ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This location is one of the best ones I’ve been to.
