Just a consultation at this point, but both Dilon and Levi were friendly and informative about their company, their products, and their service. I was very pleased and I will definitely be choosing Southern Industries Home Improvements for my upcoming siding remodel.
Mark was very professional and easy to talk to. We feel Southern Industries is a company we can trust and will stand by their work. We are building a custom cabin and have had issues with some of our subs. We will have the gutters installed shortly and have no concerns about this work being done correctly. We were going to get several different quotes, but signed with Mark the day he came out. One less headache!!!!
Dilon Seder arrived right on time. He was thoroughly professional and very personable throughly our meeting (4-1/2 hours). We were joined by the manager of the Greenville office at about half-time. We discussed Southern’s siding with a focus on the unique features and benefits. I’m somewhat familiar with this product and was very impressed with the engineering and quality of Southern’s siding. It’s a bit more expensive than the basic siding but if one wants the best this sure looks like it fills the bill.
