Turn Key Roofing and Home Improvements

Since the day they put on my roof I have had leaks. I bought lifetime guaranteed shingles. I have the contract. I found out one of their repairs made it leak underneath the roofing and mold is in parts of my house. Leah was great at first to work with but now she is trying to change everything. The roofers they sent out were rude left nails everywhere. A friend of mine got one in her tire of her car and I myself stepped on one and had to go to the doctors. I had to go around and pick up nails. I did once after they left and picked up at least 20 but I must have missed a few so I did it again and found more it was like they tossed them off the roof. Don't use this company because 1 they do not stand by their word or even honor the contract. 2nd Their roofers don't know what they are doing. My mother and my sister both used this company and they both had constant problems. They ended up having to get a different roofer to fix all their problems that this company did not repair correctly. As I said they don't honor their word or contact. Even for a patchwork. They will not give you a warranty. That tells you how much they believe in themselves.

Worst experience and we were just looking for an estimate. Guy was very rude. Did not actually examine home. Just threw a number out there and offered no written estimate or assessment of all damage. He didn’t even look at my roof!! Details: when I called the main number I stated I already made an insurance claim and needed an estimate and fully assess the damage to our roof. The office said they would have someone call and they would conduct a complete estimate and would get on my roof. He called me and did not schedule a time to come. He said he was in my area and told him I was working. His reply was it would take 15 min. I said that I needed to see if my wife would be able to be there while he did the estimate. He tried to rush over before I could even make sure my wife could be there. My wife called me right after he left and said she watched him pull up and she met him outside. Without ever doing anything except walking up our driveway he was said within 30 seconds a price. I called him immediately afterwards and he stated he had being doing it for years and had a complete assessment of our roof and didn’t need to actually check. He even preceded to lie and said he went around my entire property and tell me only damage was on one side. We know that to be untrue because we have images showing damage to both sides. He then preceded to tell me that it was my fault and that I “didnt even take the time to be there”. This is unprofessional and unacceptable

Very fast response time! Very professional! Very friendly! I had some places that begin leaking after the recent rain. I called Megan and she came out the next day. She inspected my roof and was able to make the repairs the same day! Will definitely be using again!! Thank you again for a fast turn around as well as professional friendly service!
