Taylors Windows did a fantastic job from start to finish. I made an initial inquiry close to 2 years ago, and Tim came out to give me a quote. After thinking about it for a while (!), I decided to go with Taylors. I was kept informed about each step of the process from measuring to scheduling installation. I was impressed that the price had not changed that much in the time I was pondering what to do. My windows were ready on the early end of the time frame I was given. 5 stars across the board for Taylors Window & Screen Co. We had 6 picture windows, 6 awning windows & 8 double-hung windows replaced by Taylors. Our in-line request for a quote was answered immediately. Their sales person, Paul Brown, visited us the next day and reviewed all the options available to us. He took time to answer our questions and guide us in the best direction. We signed a work agreement with Paul and a few days later German came and took detailed measurements of all our windows.
