Very professional - very sweet - very kind - introduced themselves and made my husband and I felt very taken care of. We had a touch job of our dryer vent being from a unit washer and dryer and in a tight spot - also we’ve never had our dryer vents cleaned before - they didn’t complain one bit. Would recommend them again.
