Yesterday Marcus and his partner cleaned my air ducts. I couldn't be happier. They contacted me prior to arriving which I needed as I have two not so friendly dogs that needed corralling. They arrived on time, and after a quick walk through with me, got to work. They were personable and professional. The house was left exactly as they found it and one would not know they were even here. They were very efficient and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. I left the house due to the noise from the vacuum system but was texted when they were nearly finished. I can't speak highly enough about these two men and their work.

Xavier did a wonderful job! He was professional and had a wonderful disposition. The carpet was in bad shape, and now it looks 100% better! We'll definitely use this service again when needed and request Xavier!!!

Overall very pleased with the outcome however, there was water still left on the floor afterwards and they did not take the extra time to do a good clean up. There was also water running down our wall behind the sofa that we are having to clean up. Again, overall great service from customer service, answering questions, responsiveness, on time and quality of cleaning the sofas just the cleanup of the surrounding area after they were finished was subpar.Service: Upholstery cleaning
