These guys have a distinct eye for detail and offer up some great ideas when we were going over our floor plan. Foundation and framing went up before we knew it! I really like the idea of having allowances for flooring, appliances, lighting, and so many more items. It really gives us more flexibility and the opportunity to go absolutely anywhere we want to pick out our unique flooring options (my wife is very picky!). They were so easy to talk with when we wanted to make a change in the living room mid-construction. Give these guys a shot like we did...I know you'll be as pleased as we are.
