    One of the worst // least professional experiences I have had with a service tech. After waiting 10 days for an appointment, the technician came to the house twice, sat in his truck and talked with his manager for an hour, and then decided they were not going to repair the unit and referred me to another company who had previously serviced the unit. When ask for explanation or help since we have five young kids with no AC, the technician gave little reply and merely said he’d done what his manager would let him do.
