Roofers, LLC was great from start to finish. No one wants to replace a roof but the Ethan and Alex made the process so smooth and easy and the roof looks fabulous! Alex came out to do our estimate and actually took the time to explain the pictures he took. He went over my options in length and even advised me on the good and bad of filling with insurance. The day of, everything ran efficiently. Ethan checked on me a couple of times to make sure my dogs and I were good since we were home. They cleaned up everything so good, you couldn’t even tell they were there. Due to recent Hurricane Helene, we had sustained a tree falling on our roof causing some damage which required immediate repair. I scheduled a service call with one of the well-known local roofing companies and three weeks later, they inspected the roof and tried to sell a preventative maintenance package. I never received a written estimate. A day later, I was checking other roofing companies and came across Roofers, LLC. Very impressed with Roofers LLC. Alex repaired a leak around my furnace flue and he gave me an honest assessment of my roof’s condition. He is trustworthy with no pressure or underhanded sales tactics. You should contact this company if you need roofing advice. I’m glad I did!
