Property Plus to the rescue!!! We had water damage in our home post hurricane this company was awesome from start to finish! I wish I could give them ten stars!!! Brad and the entire crew were so easy to work with, great communication, EASY! They were so very kind when I called. We also own a few rental properties and one was damaged by a fire. We contracted a different company (Hint: it starts with an "S" and ends with "pro") and the experience was the direct opposite. The "S" company never returned calls, emails and took over a year to finish a little project. When there is a choice to be made....Choose Property Plus EVERY time!
After having a fire I tried calling ServPro who were anxious to get the job until I told them that I wasn’t sure I wanted them to handle the construction and suddenly, they had a 6 week wait to get to my property.
I looked for a local company and found Property Plus! Dave, the project manager came the very next day and the company got started cleaning out the building immediately.
Debbie Lopez has been an absolute joy to have here as she has painstakingly sorted through every item in the building Debbie has been so thorough, she has found items I treasure but had forgotten were stored. My insurance adjuster is thrilled with the detailed list of items... read full review
I had a 5+ star experience with Property Plus following the recent storm, Helene. Brad, Danny, and the entire staff were professional, personable, and very quick to act in a time of need. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
