Steve and his team have performed maintenance for my family and I for 30+ years. He is responsive and is able to correct issues in a timely manner. He does a great job communicating options when a system is near end of life, and lets the customer decide what fits best for them.

There is no one else in Greenville that I trust to maintain and install new units when needed.

We continue to be extremely impressed with the folks at Pro Heating and Cooling, particularly Cody. They have helped us out numerous times and each time they are prompt, very professional and do a quality job at a very reasonable price.

This company is the absolute best. We have used them for a business and for our personal home. They respond right away, show up on time and will not “upsale” you-if that’s a word. In other words, they don’t invent problems. We were told we had to replace an entire commercial unit by another company. They came out and were able to fix it. Saved us thousands of dollars.
