The modern, 55,000-square-foot center offers a variety of amenities and services, with all fitness classes and personal training sessions taught by certified instructors. The physical fitness experts can help visitors get the exercise they need and provide nutrition education classes. While the facility is generally clean and well-equipped, some areas like the ladies' locker room and showers could use updates. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and amenities like the indoor track and outdoor trail, but wish there were additional locations.
