I can’t say enough good things about these guys!!! They communicate well, they know what they’re doing, every tech I’ve ever dealt with has been above and beyond nice! We have a quarterly commercial maintenance plan with them so I see them quite a bit. Most recently we had a leak on a holiday weekend and Konto promptly answered my call, was out within 30 min and had it fixed in another 30! Give that man a raise!
Ricky came out and found my problem. He was very knowledgeable on what was going on with my unit and told me my options..Justin came out and went over pricing for new unit and was also very knowledgeable, but never put me under pressure to buy. I appreciate the promptness. thanks !
Konto, the Service Technician that serviced my HVAC systems, did an incredible job. His clear communication and depth of knowledge is outstanding. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
