Tracie and the team (David was our tech) are awesome. Responsive and professional. We had our AC unit stop working while we were out of the country. Came back to 95° house. Called and Tracie was able to find a tech to fit us in on Saturday. Quality work and friendly service is what you can expect from Palmetto HVAC. Thank you!

Great experience with Palmetto Heating and Air. Our heat is out, and we got a diagnostic from another company. The part they said we needed wouldn't be in for a while, so we called around to see if anyone could help us get our heat on sooner. The woman who answered the phone at Palmetto was SO helpful and kind. David came out to look at our furnace the same day, and let us know our issue was something entirely different from what the first company said. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Will definitely call them again if we have further issues.Service: Heating system repair
