Truly enjoyed my massage last Friday. Tammie helps you to be comfortable, but still able to push hard enough to work all the kinks out. Felt great afterwards.

I got my first ever professional massage with Tammie and it was more than I hoped for! I have to lift a 100 lb dog sometimes and the strain took its toll. Tammie made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and I wonder now why it took me so long! Definitely will be back soon!

From Natural Effects Massage and Skin Care

Once you walk into my massage room you immediately start relaxing. From the soft music to the flowing water fountain, the ambience is set for the client to let go of the stress. Then I customize the massage to what the client needs, whether that is relaxation, deep tissue or a combination of both. YOU are what the entire focus is set on.
