    This company doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Do not use their products. If you are a business owner they will not help you at all. Their reseller is the only person who can talk to tech support. So when a report doesn't run and your reseller isn't available, you the customer are screwed. Buyer be warned, talking to a manager does no good either.

    There software is harder to understand then Quantum Physics, you will spend hours on the phone with tech support just trying to figure out how to change the price of your Potato Wedges. The software looks like it is from windows 95 and runs like it is on a Radio Shack Tandy. NCC, my recommendation would be to send all your employees back to school and have them take a software engineering class and start over from square one. Its 2018 people, come on we are better than this.

    They have the worst customer service! stay away at all cost! Rep hung up on me in the middle of asking questions. Very rude what happens if the system crashes and they don't wanna deal with it? NCC just gonna hang up the phone on you and every time you call back just pick up and hang up. terrible
