I can't say enough good things about Mr. Rooter. The shower drain was leaking through the ceiling that was detected at 8:00 PM. Impressed that I was able to explain my problem with a LIVE agent who arranged to have a tech come out the first next morning. Josh did an outstanding job of analyzing the problem and did relatively little damage cutting away ceiling drywall and removing wet insulation. He determined that the leak came from worn out caulking and suggested a firm that would both recaulk the shower area as well as replace the cut out dry wall and insulation. Josh was very professional and personable. I would definitely use him and Mr. Rooter again.

Technician showed up on schedule even though it was 10 PM and worked diligently to address the issue. I was very pleased with the results. I even offered a tip but it was refused. Very professional!
