Construction equipment blew off a truck while I was on 385 and blew out my back passenger tire. Within five minutes of my pulling to the side of the road, Rick pulled up behind me and said he saw what happened. He offered to put on my spare tire at no charge and proceeded to do the job in the threat of rain and lightning, expecting that I would accept his offer. When he was done I said I wanted to pay him and he quoted a very modest fee. I insisted we increase it by a third. Rick worked with his own safety at risk and his offer to be a good Samaritan was exceptional. I immediately put him in my phone as my Tow Truck contact. And recommended my daughter do the same. Joe went out of his way to rescue my husband! As he was driving home from Quincy to Wenatchee the car quit working so he pulled over. Joe was on his way home from a long day of work when he got the call I needed help. Joe turned around and drove to Quincy to tow my car to Wenatchee. If it wasn’t for Joe AAA told me I would have have to wait a few hours before I could get a tow. I highly recommend Mountain View and Joe they are great to work with! Thank-you Joe for going the extra mile!
