I found Mountain Movement when doing a search for practitioners skilled in myofascial release. I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and spend most of my time seeing patients either virtually or in the office. My work ergonomics were very poor resulting in a frozen shoulder related to very restrictive movements while working. I was in so much pain it was disrupting my activities of daily living and sleep. I’ve been to Mike many times over the last 3 years for everything from natural recovery from a broken collar bone to a torn hip flexor. He’s incredible at what he does, and will have you back to your active lifestyle. His knowledge on all things muscle and bone with best practices for mobility have had me running, biking, and working out as hard as I did in college.

Dr. Tucker is absolutely AMAZING!!!! He’s extremely knowledgeable. I feel like I learn something new every time I go! The staff in general are very nice, I recommend this place to everyone.
