This is the 3rd time I’ve used Michael’s flooring, and I keep going back because of the excellent service. Shawn Vile helped me choose my flooring. He did everything he said when he said. He made the experience seamless. He was also very quick in his communication. If I emailed him with any question, he responded very quickly even during non-work hours. If I need flooring again, I will definitely return to Michael’s. Their prices are also very reasonable.
