“I needed a new hairstylist since I recently moved to the area. I saw that Cindy had great reviews on google and she was close to where I lived so I decided to give her a try. I contacted her and left a message and she texted me back quickly. She told me she was on vacation but was open to going ahead and setting up an appointment. I was so impressed! Making an appointment was a breeze and I couldn't wait to go in. It's easy to find and there are plenty of parking spots. It wasn’t easy finding someone in Greenville, I’d been to two previous hair salons with dissatisfied results from the Japanese hair treatment. Finally I found Michael and he did the service, it turned out great! I’m very happy with the results my hair is a lot more manageable now I save so much time on my hair styling time! “My experience is primarily with Studio 22 which is within Derek's Salon. I absolutely LOVE Abigail. I received a coupon to see her for a Brazilian, eyebrow wax and eyebrow tint from my friend back in 2015. I continued to see her almost religiously for the next 4 years, only for eyebrow wax and tint though because I made it a priority after she showed me what she could do with my brows. You see, I am a natural platinum blonde with the same platinum eyebrows, which are basically non-existent without upkeep. Her formula for waxing is remarkably gentle on your skin, and this is coming from someone with extremely sensitive skin. Upon request, her brow tints are on point as well. I came back for her talent, but also for Abigail herself. She is kind, easy to talk to, and makes you feel completely comfortable. As for Derek, he is a nice man who always made me feel welcome, along with the rest of the staff. Although I haven't visited them the last couple years, that has nothing to do with them, and I highly recommend this establishment for all your personal care needs!“

Booked an appointment on her website and walked right in the front door of identity hair salon. The receptionist greeted me and directed me to Cara's Room upstairs. The experience was excellent. Her room has comfortable setting. Caralee is very personable and knowledgeable. I felt at ease unlike how I usually feel. For the first time in a while. Personally, I have seen Allison and MC (who are both fabulous) but I think no matter what stylist you select you can’t go wrong.
