Not only did Chelsea and Billy carefully analyze my damaged and poorly colored hair to know exactly what went wrong at the previous salon, but Chelsea also came up with a solution on the spot and worked her magic with incredible skill and confidence. In just a couple of hours, Chelsea completely transformed my hair and restored my faith (and my sanity!). I walked out feeling like myself again – even better, actually.

Only thing is, I went for a consultation, leaving with the thought of getting overall color, and a hair cut to blend my extensions and two tape ins installed. At the actual appointment I had today, She left my highlights for some dimension which I’m so happy we left them, but no trim, and no overall color she just did mainly my roots… I’m assuming that’s what you need to do to keep my highlights? I just thought (cause of what we talked about at the consultation)I was paying for overall color and a trim and the two tape ins. Not $160 (not including tip) to get my roots colored and two tape ins installed. It looks great cause I just got it done! But I really hope when my hair is naturally straight it looks blended since I didn’t get my trim. I can update the review tomorrow :) she was incredibly nice and had so many appointments today. But like I said, what we had a consultation for vs what I paid for seemed very different.“

My second haircut was just as great, if not better! I have wavy (sometimes curly) hair that is just past my shoulders and I am always so nervous of a bad cut, but Kat was on it and made sure to deliver what I asked for. I’ll be going back for sure!“
