The tech Victor Ramirez was absolutely awesome! Explained everything to me & fixed my AC! He also answered all my question no matter how dumb they may have been! General A/C is a very professional and competent organization. Adam came out today to investigate a vibration we were experiencing. He was very thorough and professional and went above and beyond what I would normally expect of a service technician. They installed our new system last heat and we are very happy with it and the interaction with this company!
