Fusion is a great organization and serves thousands of PT, OT, & SLP pediatric and adult focused practices every day with an all-in-one practice management and electronic health record system. I love being a part of this organization and supporting our national family of providers.

We have two small pediatric therapy clinics in Minnesota, with 22 staff members using this service since 2014. The recent transition to an "upgraded" system has been rough. New customers who are considering Fusion should factor in their ability to deal with service interruptions after updates. New customers should also know that Fusion modifies the posted record of outages, problems, and service interruptions so that it appears that fewer days are affected, and often understates the level of problem.The last service interruption started on October 14th 2019, and was intermittent for that entire workweek, costing my employees hours of lost productive time, and forcing...read full review
