We loved our screened in porch and pergola installed by Express Sunrooms, but what really impressed me is their warranty. One section of our screens somehow got holes in them, and they came out and replaced them! I thought we were just going to have to live with it, but they were amazing!
Before we moved into our new home, we had all of the carpet removed from the house and new flooring installed,had Fencing put up, painting done, electrical, work and air-conditioning work, but nothing made the house better than having the sunroom added! The sunroom has been a source of contentment for the person living downstairs and has added much to the appearance of our home. We weren't even there to watch it come to life but we were sent pictures and maintained close communication. It is absolutely amazing. What a good job they did!!! I would recommend Express Sunrooms to anyone that is looking to add value to their home.
We had an existing two-tier deck which was almost useless due to it's small size and configuration. Express Sunrooms of Greenville built a 14X24 screen porch on our house and did an absolutely outstanding job! From initial consulation/estimate to final handover, the professionalism and construction was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
