I can't say enough wonderful things about Expert Air! Love Dee and Jeff Carlin and their team, they are responsive, on time, reasonable, and do excellent work! We have used them at home and at the office.

Jeff and Dee have been taking care of all of my HVAC needs for about 8 years, servicing 3 different properties. They are always prompt and helpful. Any time I've had an issue they've gotten it resolved as quickly as possible. They've been on time for all appointments and always call ahead to confirm when they are on the way. I just had a ductless split system installed in an above garage apartment space and it went very smoothly. The unit is working great and is super quiet.

I needed my 18 year old HVAC system replaced for my downstairs. I talked to a few big name HVAC companies and got quotes, but didn't have a good feeling for any of them. Too much lame sales pitch, leaving out details, awkward negotiations, and giving quotes that state the final price could be higher depending how the install goes. To me that means they do not trust their own quote, so how should I. Very frustrating!
