My A/C went out on a Saturday night. I received a call from Todd Sunday morning about 8:30am and he told me he would be here by 9am. True to his word he arrived and checked my whole system out. Since the system checked fine it was determined it was the thermostat. Todd put a new one in and made sure everything was running correctly. Kudos to Todd. He was knowledgeable, polite and patient with all my questions.
I will say $583.00 including a discount for the thermostat was ridiculously expensive. Will check out other companies. Not happy about that!

Recently my HVAC unit just suddenly stopped cooling in the midst of this summer’s heat wave; my family and I suffered for several days waiting on a fraud to come and repair it. Finally after waiting 3 days, I called Easy Air & Heating and I was worked into the schedule on the same day.
Our technician was Mark, who arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went right to work on figuring out what the problem was. Mark provided me with friendly, very courteous, transparent feedback as he completed each process.Within an hour Mark had my unit up and running.
