“They under promise and over deliver.Admittedly I am quite particular as to how my clothing is laundered, ironed & pressed etc.I gave very specific directions and forgot a couple of things.One issue they called and asked me about instead of assuming what I wanted and on the other issue they were abke to figure it out.They told me it would be 4pm the next day when my order was ready, but they had it ready same day.So far I am extremely impressed with their quality of customer service & services.Prices are very fair for the level of cqre they give to your belongings.“
